SILCO – Floor sealer
SILCO floor sealer is an exceptionally tough and high solids polymer
formulation, developed to provide the most porous imperfect floors and hightraffic areas with a durable undercoat, a uniform surface and good adhesion to
the substrate for all types of today’s advanced floor finishes.
SILCO is applied directly over the flooring substrate before the layers of floor
polish to protect and level floor surfaces. Allowing floor finish for better
aesthetics and a more sanitary condition, helping to fill pores and valleys where
germs grow.
SILCO is designed to be a tough “semi permanent” base coat, whose high
solids strength protects the flooring substrate from pedestrian and vehicular
traffic and cleaning chemicals damage.
SILCO superior formulation means longer life and fewer recoats. It dries to
colorless, transparent, flexible film that will not discolor or yellow with time and
offers a solid base to all types of floor finishes.
